To make this recipe you will need croissants, equal amounts of mayonnaise and Dijon mustard, sliced ham, sliced swiss cheese, and grated Gruyere cheese. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. While the oven warms up, cut a pocket into the croissants and spread them with mustard and mayonnaise. Then, stuff the croissants with ham and cheese and place them on a baking sheet. Bake your croissants for 10 to 12 minutes then enjoy.

Ham Fried Rice

This ham fried rice is another quick recipe, so it’s great for a weeknight dinner. To make this recipe, first gather the following ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 3 scallions
  • 1 cup chopped ham
  • 1 cup trimmed and halved snow peas
  • 3 cups cooked and cooled jasmine rice
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Start by heating a large cast-iron skillet, then add oil, garlic, ginger, and scallions. You only need to cook them for about 30 seconds before you toss them in your hand and snow peas. Stir continuously for one minute then stir in the jasmine rice. Push the rice to one side and add the eggs to the empty side. Let the eggs stand for 30 seconds before stirring them into the rice. Finally, add soy sauce and serve.
